Boys with Early Puberty Are at High Risk of Alcohol Addiction
ANDROCOMVIRAL-Recent studies have found that boys who experience early puberty are at high risk of an increase in alcohol and drugs. This study compared boys who had earlier puberty with puberty boys longer.

From information on the website of The Health Site, Purdue University researchers found testosterone activity in the brain using measurements of alcohol and illegal drugs. Testosterone activity is related to the maturity of boys at puberty.

The researchers conducted a survey of 11-year-old boys who had started puberty. Furthermore, researchers can use illegal drugs for 16 to 30 years.

As a result, testosterone levels change and the increase is higher at puberty. Those with early puberty were found to consume more drugs that were affected by hormones.

The initial dose of testosterone enhances brain development in some areas that are already early, which deals with how to take and control the brain. This imbalance provides nutrients and illegal drugs early.

"The younger you try Alcohol or illicit drinks, the higher the risks needed. The best way is to avoid consuming them early," said assistant professor, Kristine Marceau.

Dimas, puberty boys begin at the age of 10 to 14 years, with marked sexual organs that change, the muscles of the body expand, and sounds that are heavier and deeper.

Understanding Alcohol

Alcohols are the family of compounds that contain one or more hydroxyl (-OH) groups attached to a single bonded alkane. Alcohols are represented by the general formula -OH. Alcohols are important in organic chemistry because they can be converted to and from many other types of compounds. Reactions with alcohols fall into two different categories. Reactions can cleave the R-O bond or they can cleave the O-H bond.
Ethanol (ethyl alcohol, or grain alcohol) is found in alcoholic beverages, CH3CH2OH.
